Stay in Humber Bay
"I want a bath tub and a fire place in our next house! I so missed our fireplace this morning when I was feeling so horrible," I said to Shane and Aoife.
"Yeah! And a big back yard!" was Aoife's reply.
"And bigger rooms. And it be ours, so that we can do whatever we want to it," I said. "I think we could only afford all that in Guelph or somewhere like that."
Shane, as ususal, doing more listening than talking, said, "As long as it's in the South Humber Bay Area."
So, here we go, on a journey of hope and determination and vision. How do we stay in the neighbourhood we have called home for seventeen and a half years, where Shane and Aoife were born, where the average home sells for eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars and we have nowhere near that, and I earn just enough to pay rent?
The only way to stay is magic, or miracles. And I do believe in magic and miracles.
Letting the dog back into the house this morning. He talks to me as I write and I try to guess what he wants. I liked the action shot of my bare feet
Between two houses!
Loving the milder weather!
What does he want now?
You think cats are bad for attention seeking while you're trying to do something!
